Request for Rectification and Appeal
If you are dissatisfied with the decision you have received, you may request rectification from the KEHA Centre or appeal the decision to the Administrative Court.

Instructions for Requests for Rectification Concerning Sales Invoicing
Requests for rectification concerning sales invoices issued by the Economic Development Centres must be submitted in writing and delivered to the registry of the Economic Development Centre that determined the payment, within six months of the payment being imposed.
A request for rectification must include
• the name and contact details of the person requesting rectification,
• the Vitality Centre’s invoice for which rectification is requested, attached as an enclosure (original invoice or a copy),
• the rectification requested, and
• the grounds on which the rectification is requested.
In addition to email, the request for rectification may, at the sender’s own risk, also be sent by post or by courier. The request for rectification must be submitted in such time that it is received by the authority on the last day of the rectification period before the end of office hours.
The sender is responsible for ensuring that an electronic message addressed to an authority is received. More detailed provisions on the submission of a request for rectification are laid down in the Act on Electronic Services and Communication in the Public Sector.
