Payment services
Apply for payment from the KEHA Centre in accordance with the decision you have received, primarily electronically via the e-service. Payment applications are processed in the order they are received, and usually take about 30 days.
Please use the service portal for payment matters with the KEHA Centre – it speeds up the processing of your case and makes communication easier.
The service portal contains everything you need for payment services:
- Instructions, service channels, and forms.
- Up-to-date information, including processing times and announcements.
- A virtual assistant is available around the clock.
By logging in, you can send personal questions and follow the progress of your case.

When handling matters related to payment services, please use the KEHA Centre service portal as the primary channel. This speeds up the processing of the matter. If you cannot use the service portal, you can also contact by email or by post.

National customer and advisory services
The national customer and advisory services assist with e-services and filling in applications related to payment services.
Traffic Customer Service
Traffic Customer Service is a joint advisory service of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, the Economic Development Centres and Fintraffic Ltd. It provides advice on road, railway and waterway matters as well as on matters related to compensation procedures and private road grants.

Customer Service in Environmental Matters provides advice on environmental tasks and services of the Economic Development Centres. It offers guidance on initiating matters and on the use of online services and e-services. The service advises on matters related to building, environmental and waterbody grants.

Enterprise Finland advisory service serves entrepreneurs and employers. The service is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
