Payment services
Apply for payment from the KEHA Centre in accordance with the decision you have received, primarily electronically via the e-service. Payment applications are processed in the order they are received, and usually take about 30 days.
Please use the service portal for payment matters with the KEHA Centre – it speeds up the processing of your case and makes communication easier.
The service portal contains everything you need for payment services:
- Instructions, service channels, and forms.
- Up-to-date information, including processing times and announcements.
- A virtual assistant is available around the clock and can connect you to a customer service agent on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
By logging in, you can send personal questions, follow the progress of your case, and contact customer service during service hours.
